In addition, leverage financing allows investors in the Fund to borrow up to 70% against the PPN for funding external projects.

In the film industry the Guardian Productions Film Fund provides investors a solid exposure to the very active market of the film finance industry. Guardian Productions, by co-investing and co-financing a library of films, allows investors to invest in this new structured product that provides investors with a relatively stable investment together with a substantial upside potential. The fund is our new product and is currently being marketed to potential investors. The firm also offers our clients with a relatively higher risk / return exposure to one of the highest growth sectors in the Asian emerging markets.
